We enjoy working with MSB Estimating. They were able to customize our bid in our format and provide a quality product. In addition, I like the fact that they have Errors and Omissions Insurance for their bids. Our last bid with MSB Estimating they won, we made money and didn't have an excess of materials left at the end of the project. We highly recommend their services and we will continue to use them for all our future bids due to the reasonable prices and professional service.

I used this company for help with a construction bid, MSB's has been very helpful and understanding. The timing was more than what I expected but MSB's worked with me to have the estimate ready before so that I can turn in my bid on time. Just a very professional person. The pricing was fair. MSB ESTIMATING,LLC Quantity Surveyors were engaged to provide a VCAT compliant report detailing costings to rectify a number of defects identified with our residential building dispute. Nathan turned around a comprehensive and thorougher report within a tight turnaround. He took the time to ensure he understood all the issues at hand, was professional and very knowledgeable. Our dispute was complicated and stressful, however, dealing with Nathan was nothing but stress free. I had great confidence in his skill and ability and would highly recommend his service.
