Suburban design has fitted out 2 of my beauty salons and helped recently with renovations, and I highly recommend them.Tracey there design consultant, listens to what you want and has a great eye for detail.Matt one of the owners is also lovely to work with and makes sure everything goes to plan quickly, and of a high standard.

Craig and co did a great job building my front retaining wall back in 2018, if I compare it to other limestone walls, there is no comparison. The detail and finishing makes a huge difference.I recently needed the wall to be modified to fit in a caravan and Craig was quick to respond and did an awesome job with the modification, he even managed to use the old blocks so that the wall keeps it's good looks!He is honest and an absolute gentleman to deal with.

Jason and the team took good care of our Charity when we were struggling to build our first facility for people with disabilities. The process was made easy with simple step by step instructions and knowledge that put our minds at ease. The team took care of everything; design, contractors, suppliers, council applications, delivery and construction!The quality of the shed and the overall look is the gem in the bush, with so many community members in awe of the final product.Without Sheds Down South we wouldn't be where we are today, helping community members accessing the great outdoors in and around the Perth Hills!

The whole experience to date has been really smooth. The workmanship and trades have been quality, they communicate frequently and best of all the build has progressed swiftly with no lengthy delays. We've found the building process really enjoyable. We are so appreciative of all the hard work and care that has gone into building our beautiful townhouse and we can’t wait to move in!

I have used and trusted AE Hoskins to complete renovations and repairs to my homes since 2006, however my most recent experience has destroyed that trust, and resulted in the need to take a complaint to ACCC and the building commission in an attempt to get the repairs finalised, and the poor workmanship repaired. It is so disillusioning when trades people mess up and won't take responsibility for finishing or remedying their work.

Had a full kitchen renovation with this company. Really understood what I wanted to achieve and helped me with design options to fit my style. Excellent cabinetry, immaculately clean, very very happy with these guys and would highly recommend.

Chris from Tolcairn Builders just completed a large renovation that completely transformed our house. He was extremely professional from start to finish and was also very honest, reliable and hard working. He ensured the entire renovation ran smoothly and made sure we were kept up to date with regular progress reports.
