We built our first home with Progen and the experience has been nothing but positive. We were nervous about choosing a building company but from our first meeting we were made to feel at ease. All of our ideas were listened to and incorporated and nothing was too much trouble. The whole team were professional and knowledgable and went above and beyond to deliver a top quality finish to our home. They genuinely care about their customers and maintained communication with us throughout the building process. We would happily recommend Progen Building Group to anyone looking to build.

This was our third build, and was by far and away the best experience we have had so far. From initial planning, our ideas were listened to and refined to meet our needs. The pre start selection process was at our pace and stress free, not like the time limited sessions that other builders offer. All the trades used delivered a first class finish and the attention to detail by the site supervisor was above and beyond anything we have experienced before. So though a fledgling company, these guys have the experience, knowledge and empathy that anyone building a new home needs. I had a really positive experience building with Progen, even whilst building during one of the busiest times in construction. During the build the team kept me updated weekly with progress photos on the Client Portal. The build was kept on schedule and to budget with no hidden surprises. I was able to communicate directly with the supervisor during construction and all my queries were dealt with in a timely manner from the office. In these tough times in the building industry The Progen team really went above and beyond to ensure everything was scheduled ahead of time and Xavier kept an open line of communication the whole way making us feel at ease. From the initial planning stage to key handover date we had absolutely no doubt that we made the right choice asking progen to build our home. Our family loves our complete home!!!

Progen was recommended to me by a close friend and since the very first meeting we had with Matt we had nothing but confidence in Progen. We had previously met with several other larger builders and just felt like a number. Progen listened to everything we wanted and needed in our first home and made a plan to make it happen. If there were any issues, we were always given multiple options as to how to solve them and Xavier was onsite all of the time ensuring that our build went smoothly. After working with many builders throughout my career. The professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, customer care and quality of service that comes with Progen Group is by far the best I have seen. Make no mistake when they say you work with the builder you really do work with the builder!

Progen has been amazing. Ian was our builder and being able to deal with him directly rather than a sales representative that you might get at a bigger builder has completely put our mind at ease in what can be a scary and stressful experience for some. They truly care about your needs and concerns and have the skills, experience and information to back it up. We had the pleasure of dealing with some of the other team members at Progen and they all upheld the same level of expertise and professionalism as Ian did. We absolutely cannot fault them and can't recommend them highly enough, anyone would be lucky to have them as their builder.
