The manager is very responsible and helpful. The site supervisor and the tradies are very experienced. We are really happy for the final delivery and would highly recommend others to use Zircon Living.

Zircon Living, My place called home I initially had a design with another…but just could not commit. So I took my ideas to Zircon who asked me questions, like what are you trying to achieve, what was important to me, my budget.They listened and guided me through, giving me ideas on how things work and don’t work. How my designed space will be usable and making the most out of a small cottage block with views and living areas to the front of the house.Zircon were very competitive on price and there were no hidden extras along the way.From designers to the fabulous Mark Murphy in prestart consulting, to Joe the supervisor and all the trades who worked on my home. A very professional and caring team that work together with you to achieve the finished result. Their commitment and customer service is highly sort after.I also had the pleasure of getting expert advice and guidance from Dominic Minniti, which exceeded all expectations.I highly recommend Zircon Living, with decades of experience and a team of true professionals, you will not be disappointed.

We had never built before and are so glad we chose Zircon Living. The planning, design & construction process was seamless.The design team nailed the brief and ensured that our home was spacious, functional and timeless. My wife has lived with MS for over 15yrs, so our lifestyle & families needs were also given careful consideration.We were told by others that the selection process can be quite overwhelming but we found this part of the build enjoyable. The depth of product knowledge, attention to detail and ability to efficiently offer solutions made our pre-start process a breeze. We built a custom home with Zircon on a split level block that presented some challenges, Anthony was great throughout and offered suggestions and solutions to these challenges that other builders did not.Anthony and the Zircon team were great to deal with throughout our build and the customer service was certainly a stand out. We received weekly construction update emails and follow ups even after completion. Our home ended up reaching completion earlier than expected which was a big bonus!We’d highly recommend Zircon Living if you’re looking for an experienced builder that offers great communication, professionalism as well as a personal touch from beginning to end. My partner and I are in the process of building our first home with Zircon Living and we can’t recommend them enough.From our first initial meeting we felt valued, understood and knew we weren’t just another number. After signing our PPA the experience only improved. Our consultant, Susan Nguyen worked with us to help our ideas become a reality. She was extremely patient, helpful and assisted us in every step of the way to achieve the most effective outcome for us and our home. Everything we requested was provided and nothing was impossible.Zircon kept us informed throughout the process and went above and beyond to meet deadlines and met the timelines they provided to us from the very beginning.We cannot recommend these guys enough. Should we be in the market to build again, we wouldn’t have a doubt in mind to build with Zircon Living every single time.

We contracted Zircon Living to construct several units in Ashby and the whole process from start to finish was handled in a very warm and professional manner and with their commitment to providing a high level of customer service,attention to detail and delivery of a quality building product resulted in all our expectations being well and truly met.Their product show room and excellent knowledge and useful tips provided by Mark Murphy was really appreciated in assisting with our product selections.Overall a very capable team we would recommend to anyone contemplating a building project.

My husband and I built our house with Zircon and were delighted with the service and quality. We had a couple of initial issues with the tiling and oven which were dealt with promptly and fully resolved by Zircon and we always felt as though they were working for us. The 6 month maintenance was quick, hassle free and efficient. We would highly recommend Zircon and would like to use them again if we build in the future.

Previously built with Zircon Living and we are now building with them again. Their service is phenomenal and above all the other builders that I met with. They continued to impress us the second time around with new products and deal for us to choose from. They care and attention to detail is very apparent.The design consultations were a breeze. No request was too big nor did they consider any detail 'too small' - everything that was important to me was important to them. They wanted to unsure that we got the most out of our home without having to pay more than what we had to/can afford. They stayed transparent and honest with us throughout the whole process, telling us what would be unrealistic for our budget and things we could do after handover to make sure things stay on track.Their showroom and Prestart services were simply, undeniably the best I've seen out of any other builder. Everything was on hand, no need to visit another supplier and spend days and weekends trying to find a finishing we liked to then report back to them. Their award for best showroom requires no explaination.Our Client Liaison Chantelle put her soul into my home, helping design a scheme that worked best with the colours we liked. Even once construction had started, Chantelle was always around to deliver updates, news and information when we asked for it or when she had something to tell us.Even with minor things here and there, no item was problem for their team. The Construction Manager, Michael and Supervisor, Cosi, were always attentive and diligent to ensure that we got the home that we've been dreaming of. Even assisting with small matters to aid us and the construction of our home were no issue for the construction team.The trades they are using on my phone are amazing. So far the brickwork has been clean and the site has been tidy the whole time. Driving past randomly and seeing small and big things happening on site always makes us happy.Again, their awards speak for them selves. They are undeniable the best for their customer service and attention to detail.Our new home is currently in construction with our home steadily making progress. I can't wait to move into our new home. It will be well worth the wait and work that has been put into it!

The team at Zircon was a dream to have build my first home. I’ve always heard that building would be a stressful process but I was always kept up to date with process and any changes. From start to finish it was a smooth experience and the house has been flawless since. They really did everything to make my home better than expected.
